****UPDATE!!! Ok, so now that we’ve won a championship, I’ve gone back and forth about whether to change the name of the blog/site or kill the whole idea altogether. Obviously the name is tongue in cheek to begin with, and we’re just trying to have fun…so while we’re still having a good time (and until the Sixers or Flyers win again) we’ll keep this thing going.***

So this is the part where I try to be eloquent, articulate, and every other flowery adjective that I don’t normally get to use on a daily basis. So, let’s not kid ourselves, and cut right to the chase, shall we? I think the tagline sums it up pretty well, “We love our teams, we hate our teams, we are Philly sports fans.” That about says it. I love everything about sports in this city of ours, from pelting Santa with snowballs, to cheering for Michael Irvin when he broke his dumb neck…from Phantoms games to Eagles tailgating, hell I’ll even cheer for the Soul. I love the teams and the guys who play their hearts out for us (the ownership…that’s another story).  I have some like minded people helping me out, please hit me up if you want to be involved, and most importantly…don’t take this all too seriously, we’re just having a good time.
